About Dave

Dave Henrichsen is an oral myofunctional therapist in the Seattle area who has built a successful practice focusing on mouth breathing, tongue thrust, sleep apnea, tongue tie, TMJ pain and other myofunctional concerns.

Over the last several years his strong desire to provide quality care to his patients has built a fire in him to help grow other myofunctional therapists to help them to also become excellent in their field and grow their practices.

Dave has received training from some of the greatest minds in myofunctional sciences, airway and breath work including: Sarah Hornsby, Dr. Soroush Zaghi, Patrick McKowen, Timothy King, and Dr. Richard Baxter. He has spent decades learning to grow businesses in the dental field from great minds like Tony Robbins, Sally McKenzie, Dennis Marvel, Alan & Sandy Richardson, Dave Ramsey, John Maxwell, Steven Covey, and organizations like Fortune Management Consulting, Infinate Hygiene Consulting, and The Richardson Group. He has successfully launched and grown his own myofunctional therapy practice and has coached dozens of other therapists as they have started and grown their own practices.

In 2023 Dave teamed up with Melissa Mugno to build the Business of Myo course through the MyoMentor Institute. That course has touched the lives of many new myofunctional therapists helping them to build their dream practice. He brings with him passion for success, a blueprint for business systems, enthusiasm that is infectious, and a positive outlook on life that can help guide others through a mindset shift empowers growth both of individual lives and their businesses.

Dave is a member of The American Dental Hygienists Association, International Association of Airway Hygienists, American Academy of Dental Hygiene, National Network of Health Care Hygienists, is an educator for the Myomentor Institute, is a Breathe Institute Ambassador, and is a sought after speaker and presenter on topics of airway & myofunctional disorders, myofunctional therapy, and myofunctional business development.
